That’s their motto and it’s true. Need matches for a cigar? The waiter brought me a lighter to keep. I asked a hostess where we could get mimosas before the bars opened(this was 8am) She came back with 2 glasses of bubbly and OJ. We had a wonderful 4 day 3 night stay at Hyatt Zilara rose Hall Jamaica.
There is one adults only pool and one family pool. They are both large and don’t feel crowded and there was plenty of staff to take drink orders. Our favorite was the frozen dirty banana. The family pool has a b-ball hoop and volleyball net for the kids. There are also plenty of rooms that have swim out access from their balconies.
Beach:
The adults Zilara beach was nice but was not very clear because of seaweed. The chairs were normal mesh lounge chairs with out cushions. The Ziva beach was much nicer with less seaweed and cushioned chairs and many more umbrellas. Either beach had plenty of staff taking drink orders. We spent more time at the beach than the pools.
Rooms:
We used points and had to have two reservations one with two double beds for the first two nights and then a reservation with a king bed for one night. They were both in the same building just different floors. One thing that was interesting was that the outdoor furniture was much nicer in the double bed room. Maybe they refresh furniture by floors and our second room hasn’t had that upgrade yet. Overall both rooms beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious as well. The mini bar was stocked with Red Stripe beer (both regular and light) bottles of coke and coke light, juice boxes, and water bottles. They were always happy two stock more items of our choosing. We opted for extra light beer and waters.
Gym:
We actually didn’t use the gym but I did stop by to check it out. It was by far the nicest gym I have seen at a resort. There were two gyms, one was two stories. Their was plenty of cardio equipment, free weights, Trx equipment, and spin and fitness class areas. It was really impressive. There was also a tennis court.
*** we did try the water aerobics in the pool and it was an excellent workout.
Food:
Overall I was very pleased with the quality of food. The hype is real- the jerk chicken stands are legit. I ate this everyday for lunch. The main breakfast buffet was excellent, we both had fresh made omelets each morning. We ate dinner at the Asian and French restaurants. The French was our favorite. We couldn’t decide what to order for our main course so we ordered 3! It’s all inclusive so it’s no problem mon. I recommend the lamb chops. We chose the wok option at the Asian restaurant. This was nice because it’s family style seating so you get to talk to new people. We had a blast meeting new couples. One night before an excursion offsite we ordered room service.
There was a fabulous dessert shop located in the family side of the resort. It had tons of bulk candy type items, a chocolate fountain, and ice cream with fresh made waffle cones!!
The food was above average for room service so we were happy with it.

Resort layout:
The Hyatt Zilara shares grounds with the family friendly Ziva. This was not a problem for us but some people may want to see no kids during the stay. If that’s the case this may not be for you because many of the restaurants are on the family friendly side.
Overall we loved this resort and would definitely return. I believe this is the 7th all inclusive resort we have tried and it is definitely in the top 3.
